Carpentum Holding AB is a Sweden company, duly incorporated in 2009 and validly existing under the laws of Sweden.

The main business activity of the Company is provision and administration of business loans. The company acts as an investment company and is using loans as financial instrument for managing investments in the business of import and distribution of hand tools. The borrowers are the selected group of Russian companies involved in trading business.

Basically, we act as an intermediary for receiving and giving out loans always trying to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Currently active investor is Golden Brics Development Co. Ltd. from Taiwan.
